Sunset Acres Produce

Enjoy the best of locally grown fruits and vegetables when you stop by Sunset Acres Produce, a locally owned roadside farm market that is steadily expanding, along with the Stoltzfus family. Nestled on an Amish farm in the heart of Lancaster County, they have a Bird-in-Hand mailing address but are actually located at the corner of Snake Hill and Hunsecker Road in the Leola area, just off Rte 23.

From sweet corn & eggplants to pumpkins & fall harvest decorations, they offer homegrown seasonal produce, picked fresh-from-the-field from late June through late October. Throughout the summer season, enjoy watermelon, string beans, cucumbers, and more.

Sunset Acres is a must-visit destination for hot-house tomatoes, grown in the farm’s greenhouses.  Although these tomatoes are not classified as organic, they are grown free of pesticides.

Stop by on Friday and Saturday for homemade baked goods including whoopie pies, delicious cakes, and their declines shoofly pies.

Throughout the summer, pick up beautifully prepared floral arrangements.
