Family owned and operated, Simmontown Demolition specializes in the dismantling of old structures, primarily unused barns, from which all useable building materials are salvaged and reclaimed for future re-use.

Much of Simmontown’s reclaimed wooded material is converted by planing & milling into ready-to-install lengths of antique hardwood flooring, featuring red & white oak, chestnut, yellow & white pine, and hickory.  In addition to quality hardwood flooring, other common repurposing uses of reclaimed lumber include exposed beams, fireplace mantles, shelving, and wall paneling.

The beauty of yesteryear is captured & preserved through the one-of-a-kind appearance and unique patina of architectural salvage.
