Family owned and operated, Myer Springdell Farm raises their beef cattle naturally, over a 2½ year process that runs from birth to finish. Owners Paul & Angie Myer insist on raising their cattle for this entire length of time, so they can personally ensure the healthy background of each animal. They dry ages their beef for 14 days before it is custom cut, vacuum packed, and flash frozen. All purchases of beef are by special order only and are available through pick-up or local delivery. Monthly bundles are also available.
