Featuring their signature brand potato chips, Zerbe’s Snack Stand is Lancaster County’s destination for authentic savory snacks. With markets stands at Root’s (Tuesdays) and Green Dragon (Fridays), most of what they sale is locally made & enjoyed by a loyal following of customers.

Zerbe’s Homestyle potato chips, which have been kettle-fried in small batches since 1947, are available in 10 varieties, guaranteed fresh, and are known for their amazing flavor & distinctive crunch, including their famous “dark” chips.   This unique chip is darker than usual because it’s made with special russet potatoes that have more natural sugar and carmalize as they’re being fried.

For the old-fashioned hard pretzel lover, Zerbe’s features PA Dutch country hand rolled pretzels that are baked by Rocky Road Pretzel Bakery, Old Fashioned Hammond’s Hand Made Pretzels, Martins Hand Made Pretzels, and Uncle Henry’s Pretzel Bakery.  In addition, this hidden gem also features chocolate and yogurt covered pretzels, mini animal crackers, Emma’s Gourmet Popcorn and much more.
