PA pork king👑 the trick is to put tinfoil on top of the hamloaf while then the last 30 minutes take of the tinfoil and glaze it with cherry, brown sugar, pinneapple or else it will look like football leather🏈

I had the pleasure of going back into their kitchen and I can tell you it’s the cleanest kitchen that I’ve ever been in. Truly, immaculately kept. (I’ve been in the industry my entire life so I have a lot to compare) I cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN this place was. I’ve toured high end meat packing plants in NJ, & spent almost a decade at The Hotel Hershey & they don’t even compare. Def stop by if you’re in the area.
