Located on an Amish farmstead in the heart of PA Dutch country, Forest Hill Leather Craft is a hidden gem that must be found if you are searching for the very finest in custom leather crafting in Lancaster County. Locally owned and operated, resident craftsman Isaac Stoltzfus opened the doors of Forest Hill after gaining 14 years of experience in the leather craft.

Assisted by his apprenticing sons, Issac thoroughly enjoys his work and is very happy to share the finished products with the many people who come through his doors each year. In addition, he sells custom-made leather products to specialty stores and wholesale vendors.

From a variety of belts to a full line of accessories (clutches, wallets, tablets, coasters), from stylish collections of totes, bags, backpacks, and briefcases to tack selections…all products are created and handcrafted with dedicated skill and passionate experience.

I highly recommend Forest Hill Leather. Ike and his family were exceptional. I found this antique belt buckle that required some ingenuity. I stopped in and talked with Ike and his son.
They discussed some options and studied the buckle together. In the end, the young man had the best solution. Two days later- my custom belt was finished. I couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is amazing and this is quality leather. I can't wait to show this leather wears in over the years. I couldn't help myself but I bought an additional belt while I was there.
If you are looking for a custom belt, or need a buckle for an old belt, a purse and satchel for mom.. Also- I saw some leather for head stalls for equine.
Talk to Ike. You are in good hands. Good people. Good prices. You might also see this cute little girl peeking around the corner with curiosity.
You can tell she looks up to her big brothers and daddy.

If you’re needing an all leather belt, purse, or money clip… and you’re in the Lancaster area, this is a must stop!

My husband carefully looked through his selections…which were a lot. He couldn’t decide which belt, so he bought 2 belts and a wallet!

I enjoyed chatting with the owner and his 3 kids who were there. They were so darn cute.. so young, but were more than capable of waiting on us.

What a memorable experience!

Most of all reasonably priced and excellent quality!! USA made!!

The craftsmanship of my alligator hide was amazing. He worked with what I envisioned and went above and beyond! After I dropped off the gator hide it was under 2 weeks to pick up my belt and wallet. Coaters, bracelet, and key strap was a last minute idea and he did it ASAP before I left to save me a trip back!

Highly recommend, great work!

My husband Joe has been dealing with Forest Hill Leather Craft for a number of years. He has purchased belts, phone cases, dog leads and bible cases. All products are excellent quality and are very durable. Recently he had a larger bible case made which he just received. It fits perfectly. Ike is very good to work with and always accommodating. We look forward to continuing with Forest Hill in the future.
