Delicious Locally Made Preserves & Canned Goods…

One of the things Lancaster County is known for is its local Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine, especially their famous preserves and canned goods.  It’s always good to pick up a great batch of canned fruits, vegetables, and jams…especially from local sources.

Locally owned and family operated for over 30 years, Countryside has been located in Lancaster County since its inception and showcases its many products at their stand at the Bird-In-Hand Farmer’s Market.

Countryside offers a diverse supply of canned goods from different producers around the county, including Jake and Amos, Fisher’s Hot Pepper Sauce, Grandma’s Jam House, and Mrs. Miller’s.  From jams, sauces, and fruits, to a variety of vegetables, pickles, relishes, salsas, and more…everything is flavorful & authentic.

Take time to walk across the aisle at the Market to visit Country Crafters, which is also owned and operated by the same owners…featuring local handcrafted items and lots of traditional-styled games and puzzles.
